Walkin' Tall

Gavin is definitely walking, though he has times where he simply refuses. He still sees walking as a fun little activity, not as a mode of transportation. He tends to get going too fast and falls pretty quick but is typically willing to get back up and try again!

Gavin's First Steps

Gavin has started making a concerted effort to walk. He took his first independent steps yesterday. He still needs to feel secure, so he really only likes to walk between mommy and daddy.

Souvenir

Gavin's Opa and Gogie went to a Harlem Globtrotter game and brought Gavin back a signed basketball that is just his size!

Snacktime with Wembley

Gavin and Wembley have snacktime together almost every day. Gavin is very generous and Wembley is very happy to accept a handout.

All pants are not created equal....

The same pants that fit with a cloth diaper do NOT work when wearing a disposable. Just FYI.

A quiet moment, watching Veggie Tales.

Despite what many think (and mommy sometimes says), Lil G is no longer a baldy little boy. He has plenty of fine, blond hair! It just hides well.

Drinking from a big boy cup!

Gavin LOVES to drink from a big boy cup. Ideally, he likes to drink from mommy's cup but barring that, he is willing to enjoy water from his very own. At this point he does spill just a little though....

"Ohh, is that water?""Ahhhhhhhhh"
"That was refreshing"
