Painting

 A few weeks ago, Lil G and Smunchie were painting at our kitchen table.  I left for one minute to go to the restroom.  I returned to find....

First time painting

 A couple of days ago, Smunchie got to paint for the first time.  She was so stoked to use watercolors, just like her big brother!  She opted to not paint with the brush but instead, used her hands and face.  It worked well!

Mess free painting

On Friday, Lil G kept asking to paint.  Well, I had a lot of cleaning to do and therefore, didn't really want a paint mess to clean up too!  So, I decided to try an idea from Pinterest, to see how well it worked.

I put two colors of paint into three freezer bags and taped them to the table, with paper underneath.  Lil G go to spend a lot of time using his fingers, Q-tips and rollers to blend the colors.  An added bonus- he learned his primary and secondary colors!
